Refunds and exchanges are not guaranteed. Please contact the Box Office if you need assistance.

General Policies
All performances will begin on time. Guests who arrive late may be asked to wait until intermission or another suitable moment to enter the theater to ensure there are no disruptions to the performance. Please do your best to arrive on time, allowing plenty of time to park and find your seats.

ADA seating is available upon request. Please contact the Box Office if you would like to reserve ADA seats.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (The St. Paul's Schools). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
